headache
all this cricket has given me a headache. So, no blog. South Africa won - they will go through. New Zealand won, no big news there.
Next up its Pakistan against Bangladesh and Australia against India. Bangladesh need to win in order for Australia to have a chance to advance. So if they lose then Australia is knocked out and the game against India will be for pride. I'm cheering for Bangladesh. Go Tigers!

Sorry to hear about your headache, Katy. Hope you are feeling better today. I have a question. Has anyone seen that backhand kind of shot where the batsman turns right around after the ball has been bowled and then tries to hit it in a very uncomfortable position in the opposite direction. Like a backhand in tennis. And of all those shots I have ever seen, the batsman has gone out at that point. My question is WHY DO THEY STILL KEEP DOING THAT?? It is enough to make a girl completely crazy!! I am trying to calm down now - maybe a lie down in a dark room will help.
ReplyDeleteJa, hope your headache is better, Katy. I do think you are referring to the reverse sweep or sweep slog, Cath. Not sure which is which. AB is really good at those. Never goes out on one of those.
