short and sweet

Ok, so Ms. Page is coming tomorrow and I have to clean this house. Here is the days events in summary. Nepal beat Afghanistan giving them a slim hope of making it through. Half century to Khakurel and 3 wicket haul to Mikhiya. Then Bangladesh took the field against Hong Kong. It was sad. they put up 108 and 4 wickets to N. Ahmed - well done Hong Kong! This really opened the door for Hong Kong as well as Nepal. And Hong Kong did come through - at least for themselves. They BEAT Bangladesh by 2 wickets with 2 balls remaining! WELL DONE HONG KONG! but, the net run rate wasn't enough to get Nepal through so Bangladesh still advance to the super 10's. 3 wicket haul to Shakib Al Hasan.

No change in the top of our game but did you see those Gryllidae? They swarmed!

Tomorrow its the last game in group B and the first matched of the Super 10. Have fun!

  1. wah wan............... I just fell victim to the time difference. Sat down to make my trades only to find out the first match had already begun. I guess that surge I had today is all for not. On the bright side I can now change my captain like 5 times I'll have so many trades left over!

  2. Yes, the time difference is going to be a factor - I went to bed and then had to get up again to make my trades. Not that it is making the least bit of difference! My report card says 'Can do Better'!. Watched the end of the Hong Kong match - I agree, well done to them.

  3. Ja, I was caught short this morning (Friday) by the time difference. Hence my little (tiny) plummet to number 8. So, we all have some trades in hand, but are the leaders too far ahead of the pack? Oopsie. I feel like a sports commentator. That can't be right...

  4. Three of my Superheroes are not Superheroes! They got me negative points. How did that happen?
