Date Night

Tonight was date night so this will be short. I didn't see either game really but did catch Raina going wild in the early part of the day. Hurray for Raina! Boo to those who have him as captain (Missy). Other than that South Africa lost to India but this shouldn't impact their chances of moving on and Australia trounced Pakistan big.

Lots of movement in our part of the world. Catherine made a huge leap to first place overtaking Missy on her way. I'm sure Missy is miffed as she was all a dither over the fact that Raina was her captain. Bob has an interesting strategy that involves no trades and seems to be working quite well for him.

Tomorrow Sri Lanka returns against Zimbabwe while The West Indies take on England.

  1. keep in mind you can click on the worm and get a bigger view. Do this if you want to just stare at your line for awhile, patting yourself on the back for over taking all those other pretty colored lines. Or if you want to stare at it saying, "why didn't I trade THAT guy? WHY?"

  2. Its not nice to taunt your father (although, granted, it is fun).

  4. Listen, already. My computer went down on Friday and then my voice, email, and Internet all went down. So I couldn't do all the magic stuff I would, naturally, have done. To beat Catherine, I mean. And everyone else, of course. So, hold on to your worms, is what I say.

  5. In passing... One of my team scored -2. How is that possible? Does anyone know?

  6. Moira, they get minus points for distinctive things like ducks and conceding outrageous amounts of runs.

  7. Catherine, you go girl!! I'll let you have the top spot for one day, but just remember, one day.

  8. It isn't easy being at the top. But I am coping so far. You are making me nervous now, Missy. What about the SL/Zim match being washed out - that throws my changes into disarray. Hope the England game will be played.

  9. Thanks, Katy. Who would have thought there'd be minus points. A deep strategist like me just doesn't think of things like that. I must reconsider my rabbit strategy.
